The Human Factors in Telecommunication (HFT) Symposium, established in 1961 has become the classic event in our field. The previous 20 HFT symposiums were held in Europe and America. This is the first time for the HFT group to organize its 21st Symposium in Asia.

The 21st Symposium on Human Factors in Telecommunication (HFT 2008) is hosted by the Interface Design Department at the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University Malaysia. HFT 2008 will take place from 17th till 20th March, 2008. The HFT 2008 is also endorsed by European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) Human Factors Group.

The HFT Symposium provides an interactive forum for academics and practitioners alike to discuss the challenges, innovations, standards and development opportunities. The event strives for the best possible user experience and accessibility of ICT, for all.
